We offer the convenience of a centralized location in Raleigh/Cary/Durham/Chapel Hill, North Carolina where our facility caters to the solo artist, band or group of artists for all music genres.

10 hours of Studio "C" time
- Block rate must be completed within max of TWO blocks, 5 hours each

STUDIO "C" RATES
$15 per hour of regular studio time
- includes engineer for full Studio "C" equipment access and basic mixdowns
$30 per hour of production time
- includes Studio "C" time, engineer & producer with access to schedule session musicians, song writers/arrangers & background singers/rappers
$45 per mastered song
- includes complete mixdown
- showmix and acapella versions included
$30 per leased song*
$100 per song for exclusive** rights
- we have an arsenal of hot tracks for your use, from R&B and hip-hop to urban pop, dance/house & re-mix tracks
* leasing rates are for one calendar year (publishing maintenance contract required)

- With the Music Video package, you will receive One Edited/special effects DVD copy of custom music video (3 pre-approved local locations allowed for filming of footage). - Song(s) and video length cannot exceed 3.5 minutes and must be soundtracked to a song recorded or mastered with the blocked session time

MUSIC VIDEO $99*
Includes 1 hour Studio "C" time
- $99 per video minute includes shoot and editing
